Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure the hygiene stickers remain intact for all lingerie and swimwear.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized collection point or courier office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
